About The Gregory Condos

The Gregory is the Art Deco sister building to The Elizabeth. The two share traits like loft-style open condos with large windows. Some of the most popular lofts at The Gregory feature those curved walls of windows. There aren't many amenities here but you will find secure garage parking and an open-air rooftop terrace for residents. The lack of amenities helps keep the HOA dues lower than most other Pearl buildings.
