About The Civic Condos

The Civic is a hugely popular building that's literally next door to Providence Park in the NW/Goose Hollow district. The location is great even if you're somehow not into Timbers games, because 21st and 23rd Streets are really close by. So is Trader Joe's, Zupans an much more. If you ride the MAX train often this would be a terrific home base because there's a big station next door as well. The condos here range from small one bedrooms that sell for around $300k to large 2/2 homes. The finish is modern with concrete pillars and ceilings and most units have storage and deeded parking.
