About American Plaza Towers Condos

American Plaza Towers are three separate high-rise towers built in the 1970's and located in downtown Portland near PSU.  The three towers are called Lincoln Tower (1972), Madison Tower (1980) and Grant Tower (1975). These condos are pretty retro but they're priced well and they're a lot bigger than most of the condos in Portland. There are some 3 bedroom plans that are over 2000 square feet. American Plaza Towers also has balconies with terrfific views of the tram, the river and downtown.
