Just about everything that makes living in the Pearl desirable is close to The Casey, and the NW/23rd district is a short walk to the west. There is a 24/7 lobby attendant and secure parking but that's about it as far as amenities go. The HOA dues are high though even without the amenities because there are only 60 residents to split the building maintenance costs with.
